Starting Lineup
QB: Russell Wilson
RB1: Jay Ajayi
RB2: Rashad Jennings
WR1: Dez Bryant
WR2: Tyrell Williams
TE: Zach Miller
Flex: William Snead IV
Def: Game Time Decision
El Pollo Loco comes limping into week 10 after being demolished by Pryor to the Snap. This franchise has always had troubling putting a string of good weeks together as they are now 2-6 in games the week after having the biggest blowout. General Manager Josh Cermak is begging for consistency from his team, but they never come through. If they ever needed a bounce back week it is this week agaisnt familiar foe The North Remebers which is always a tough out. If Loco wants to salvage their season and make the playoffs this is a must win. The fact that it is a divisional game makes it even more important.
Last week Russell Wilson finally stepped up in a spot start for Derek Carr and if Loco wants to win this week Wilson needs to be brilliant again because Carr is on bye. Unfortunately for Loco this also means Amari Cooper is on bye as well and they will need more of a team effort to replace his production. Although it wouldn't hurt to have more than 2 points from Dez Bryant. Loco has confidence that Bryant will rebound they believe the place they need to make up these points is the RB position. Jay Ajayi continues to play well, but Rashad Jennings makes his way into the lineup for the first time since week 2 and it would give Loco a big boost if he could provide 10 plus points. The North Remembers is already off to a good start with 17 points from Steve Smith. It will be an uphill battle for El Pollo Loco, but look for this one to come down to the wire.
Defense: Green Bay
El Pollo Loco es Loco. Their signature crowd battle cry: (TASTE, MY, SPECIAL, SAUCE) strikes fear into the hearts of opponents entering Burritoville. Burritoville is the oldest stadium in the MFFL and its foundations are reinforced by wrapping wet stinky burritos around each stadium support structure. The smell is horrifying. Better known as “Pico De Gameo” El Pollo Loco stretches the rules, especially when they secretly wipes jalapeno pepper juice inside all of the opposing players helmets.

Week 9 @ Pryor to the Snap
Starting Lineup:
QB: Russell Wilson
RB1: Theo Riddick
RB2: Jay Ajayi
WR1: Amari Cooper
WR2: Dez Bryant
TE: Coby Fleener
Flex: Tyrell Williams
Defense: Green Bay
El Pollo Loco comes into week 9 riding high. Fresh off a 167-126 victory over previously undefeated Unstopa-Bo that brings them to .500 on the season. It is also the first time that Loco has won back-to-back games this season. Now they turn their attention towards Pryor to the Snap for another important divisional game. With a win Loco can pull back to .500 in the division and match their franchise best 3 game winning streak. Pryor to the Snap has been struggling this season riding a 6 game losing streak. However, El Pollo Loco knows that they cannot over looks this team as Pryor beat Loco in the first game of the season and has had Loco's number throughout the league's first 5 years.
Last week El Pollo Loco was lead to victory by the dynamic combination of Derek Carr and Amari Cooper. However, this week Russell Wilson gets the nod at QB because of a tough matchup for Carr against an elite Denver defense. Wilson has struggled this year, but Loco is putting a lot of faith in him turning things around and he could be the deciding factor of whether Loco comes out victorious or suffers another defeat at the hands of Pryor. On the plus side Loco gets the services of RB Jay Ajayi back from a bye week. Loco is hoping that the pairing of Ajayi and Theo Riddick becomes lethal down the final stretch of the season. This is a huge game for El Pollo Loco to keep their momentum going and get back in the thick of the divisional race, but Pryor to the Snap has other plans.

Week 8 @ Unstopa-Bo
Starting Lineup:
QB: Derek Carr
RB1: James White
RB2: Theo Riddick
WR1: Amari Cooper
WR2: Dez Bryant
TE: Zach Miller
Flex: Willie Snead
Def: New England
This week's matchup pits El Pollo Loco against undefeated Unstopa-Bo. Unstopa-Bo has had a historical start to this season tying the record for most wins to start a season and this week he attempts to tie the longest win streak in MFFL history. Loco is still trying to get this on track as they have been inconsistent this year having yet to win back-to-back games. They are in a good position as this week Dez Bryant looks to return to action. Say what you will about Loco's overall record through 4 and a half seasons, but we all know Loco likes to play well in big games. The last time a team started off 7-0 their first lost was in week 8 at the hands of El Pollo Loco and they are hungry to stop another streak.
El Pollo Loco is starting too feel better about their lineup as they continue to try to get healthy. As mentioned before they will have the services of Bryant this week for the first time since week 3. Also returning to the field is key contributor Theo Riddick after sitting out two weeks with an ankle issue. Although they are getting healthier El Pollo Loco will not be full strength this week due to Jay Ajayi being on bye. This week should be an exciting matchup as this one is projected to be a close one with history on the line.

Week 1 vs. Pryor to the Snap
Starting Lineup:
QB: Russell Wilson
RB1: David Johnson
RB2; Rashad Jennings
WR1: Dez Bryant
WR2: Keenan Allen
TE: Zach Ertz
Flex: Donte Moncrief
K: Cairo Santos
Defense: Tennessee
After all the waiting and anticipation week 1 of the fantasy football season is here. El Pollo Loco looks to start off the season on a high note with a West division win over Pryor to the Snap. Loco knows that it is really important to come out strong this season as it seems this is a make or break season for them. Last season was another disappointing season for Loco so they had to do some soul searching in the off-season. The first place they looked was their drafting strategy. In the previous two drafts Loco went double running back in the first two rounds. Both season saw El Pollo Loco ending with a sub .500 record. So this year Loco decided to go RB-WR as they felt this was the best way to build their team. Building around RB David Johnson and WR Dez Bryant Loco feels they drafted well and set themselves up for success.
Standing in their way week 1 is divisional foe Pryor to the Snap. Pryor has had success in the MFFL and this season should be no different as they had a great draft. Lead by QB Cam Newton and WR Julio Jones look for Pryor to score a lot of points through the air this season, but you shouldn't sleep on the ground game. RBs Doug Martina and Latavius Murray are two young, talented backs who are primed for great season. Don't miss this great week 1 match up as it should be a close, high scoring affair.

2016: Make or Break Year for El Pollo Loco
Going into the MFFL's inaugural season El Pollo Loco was a mystery to the rest of the league. Who is General Manager Josh Cermak? What style of football do they play? Will they have success in this league? Loco just barely missed out on the playoffs that year with a solid 8-6 record and many predicted that they would make the playoffs the following year. In the 3 seasons since Loco has fallen short of expectations and is now the only team in the MFFL yet to make the playoffs. Rumors have been circulating around Albuquerque that if El Pollo Loco misses the playoffs again this year that big changes are coming. Fan support for El Pollo Loco has been strong since the franchise started in 2012, but it is clear fans are frustrated with Loco's performance. How will El Pollo Loco do this season? Will their playoff drought end? If they have another losing season will the franchise be moved? Draft week 2016 is finally here and we will soon have our answers.
