El Pollo Loco es Loco. Their signature crowd battle cry: (TASTE, MY, SPECIAL, SAUCE) strikes fear into the hearts of opponents entering Burritoville. Burritoville is the oldest stadium in the MFFL and its foundations are reinforced by wrapping wet stinky burritos around each stadium support structure. The smell is horrifying. Better known as “Pico De Gameo” El Pollo Loco stretches the rules, especially when they secretly wipes jalapeno pepper juice inside all of the opposing players helmets.

2016: Make or Break Year for El Pollo Loco
Going into the MFFL's inaugural season El Pollo Loco was a mystery to the rest of the league. Who is General Manager Josh Cermak? What style of football do they play? Will they have success in this league? Loco just barely missed out on the playoffs that year with a solid 8-6 record and many predicted that they would make the playoffs the following year. In the 3 seasons since Loco has fallen short of expectations and is now the only team in the MFFL yet to make the playoffs. Rumors have been circulating around Albuquerque that if El Pollo Loco misses the playoffs again this year that big changes are coming. Fan support for El Pollo Loco has been strong since the franchise started in 2012, but it is clear fans are frustrated with Loco's performance. How will El Pollo Loco do this season? Will their playoff drought end? If they have another losing season will the franchise be moved? Draft week 2016 is finally here and we will soon have our answers.

Week 3 @ Unstopa-Bo
Starting Lineup:
QB: Ben Roethlisberger
RB1: Marshawn Lynch
RB2: Jonathan Stewart
WR1: Mike Evans
WR2: Julian Edelman
TE: Travis Kelce
Flex: Danny Woodhead
Def: Cardinals
Coming off of a devastating loss, in which Imperium won in come back fashion, El Pollo Loco is in desperate need of a win this week against division foe Unstopa-Bo. This is a huge match up for UB as well as he is 0-2. Neither team can afford to start off 0-2 in the division with both teams coming into the match up 0-1. Loco knows how important this match up is and showed that via a block buster trade with Perpetual Dynasty earlier in the week. Loco sent CJ Anderson, Allen Robinson, Ronnie Hillman, and Cincinnati's defense to PD for Jonathan Stewart, Golden Tate, Davante Adams, and Arizona's defense. Here's what El Pollo Loco GM Josh Cermak had to say about the trade, "We thought that we just needed to shake things up. The team overall was playing okay, but when your first three draft picks combine for 12 points something has to change". Loco got rid of Anderson who they felt was under performing to get more WR depth, a better defense, and a guy they felt could finish the year a respectable number 2 RB.
El Pollo Loco better hope that this week's trade lights a fire under his team because this week they face a very good Unstopa-Bo team. UB is loaded with guys like Tom Brady, Adrian Peterson, and Rob Gronkowski. They come in 0-2, but have scored the most points in the league so far. If it wasn't for two really tough match ups they could easily be 2-0 sitting a top the division. Expect this match up to be high-scoring and come down to the wire.

Week 2 @ Imperium
Starting Lineup:
QB: Ben Roethlisberger
RB1: Marshawn Lynch
RB2: CJ Anderson
WR1: Mike Evans
WR2: Julian Edelman
TE: Travis Kelce
Flex: Danny Woodhead
Def: Bengals
El Pollo Loco comes into this week 1-0 for the first time in franchise history after a win over Advantageous Morgans. This sets up a important early season match up with divisional foe Imperium fresh off a victory of Whitner Wonderland. Winner gets the outright division lead something Loco has never achieved in the MFFL so Loco knows the importance of this game. El Pollo Loco has had success against Imperium in the past, but he knows that this is a new season and Imperium is one of the top franchises in the league. Lead by QB Russell Wilson, WR Alshon Jeffery, and RB DeMarco Murray Imperium has big play potential. Loco knows that this is going to be a tough match up and it will take a team effort to come out on top. Last week Loco had two players play on Thursday night. Ben Roethlisberger and Julian Edelman came out and played great, they really set the tempo for the rest of the match up. This week CJ Anderson and Travis Kelce go on Thursday for Loco and they understand the importance of getting another good start this week. If Anderson and Kelce can set the tempo for Loco on Thursday night it will be a step in the right direction.
El Pollo Loco hopes to have Mike Evans back in the line up this week after sitting out last week with hamstring issues. Danny Woodhead passes Allen Robinson on the depth chart to get the start at flex after a great week one performance. CJ Anderson will be a game time decision this week as he is dealing with a toe issue. Ronnie Hillman is prepared to replace Anderson if he can't go.

Starting Lineup:
QB: Ben Roethlisberger

RB2: CJ Anderson
WR1: Mike Evans
WR2: Julian Edelman
TE: Travis Kelce
Flex: Allen Robinson
Def: Bengals
Week 1 of the 2015 fantasy football season is finally here. El Pollo Loco was able to salvage a disappointing 2014 season with a third straight Last Man Hand-Standing Trophy. As Loco looks to make the next step in the MFFL he knows that he has to start fast this season. El Pollo Loco has never won a season opener, that's right Loco is 0-3 in week 1. Loco tends to improve as the season goes on so he knows how important it is to start the season with a win. Loco has already made a couple trades to improve his roster after the draft to improve the WR2 position. Just like last year Loco starts the season off with a pair of stud RBs. Loco desperately needs production out of both of them this year to be successful.
Standing in El Pollo Loco's way of his best start in franchise history is Advantageous Morgans. Morgans comes into this match up as the underdog, but don't let the low projection from Yahoo fool you Morgans is a good team. With star power from Drew Brees, AJ Green, and Eddie Lacy Loco knows it won't be easy. This should be a close game and look for Morgans to out score their 115 point projection.

Week 4 @ The Real McCoy
Starting Lineup:
QB: Cam Newtown
RB1: DeMarco Murray
RB2: Rashad Jennings
WR1: Michael Crabtree
WR2: Keenan Allen
TE: Niles Paul
FLEX: Golden Tate
DEF: San Diego
K: Matt Bryant
This week El Pollo Loco travels to Texas for an old fashioned hoedown with The Real McCoy. Loco looks to build some momentum coming off a big division win last week against a depleted Whitner Wonderland squad. Loco scored 115 points last week which is a season high but there is room for improvement and they will have to put up more than 115 if they want to beat a tough McCoy team. McCoy is lead by QB Andrew Luck, RB Matt Forte, and TE Rob Gronkowski so they have the potential to put up big numbers every week. This match-up is huge for both teams with McCoy still looking for their first division win and Loco trying to get back to .500.
Bye weeks start this week and Niles Paul gets the start at TE due to Jordan Cameron being on bye. Paul has been very productive filling in for oft-injured Jordan Reed. Loco hopes that Paul can keep things rolling and start the team off fast on Thursday Night Football. Loco set the league record for rushing yards in a single game last week and looks to continue their success at the RB position. Last week Michael Crabtree stepped up with a 20 point performance causing him to receive a promotion to WR1 over Keenan Allen. Reports earlier in the week indicated that the front office is becoming frustrated with Allen's slow start this season and there is no doubt that he needs to step up this week if Loco wants to win.

Week 3 @ Whitner Wonderland
Starting Lineup:
QB: Cam Newtown
RB1: DeMarco Murray
RB2: Rashad Jennings
WR1: Keenan Allen
WR2: Michael Crabtree
TE: Jordan Cameron
FLEX: Knile Davis
DEF: Tennessee
K: Matt Bryant
This week El Pollo Loco travels to Whitner Wonderland after a disappointing loss against It Ertz When I Pee. This week is huge for Loco, they know they can't start off 0-2 in the division. Loco looks to get things going after a blockbuster trade on Monday with Perpetual Dynasty. The trade sent first round pick Eddie Lacy and TE Dennis Pitta to PD. Loco welcomes back Michael Crabtree also receiving Rashad Jennings and Josh Gordon in the trade. It's tough for Loco to lose a player of Lacy's caliber but Loco receives two very good players in Crabtree and Jennings that can be plugged into the starting lineup right away.
Whitner is the defending West division champion and is loaded again this year with guys like Julio Jones, Matthew Stafford, Marshawn Lynch, and Arian Foster. If Loco is going to win this match-up their WRs are going to have to step up. Loco has been getting solid play from their RBs and QB but are struggling to score points at other positions. TE Jordan Cameron is back in the lineup this week after missing last week with a shoulder injury. He is not at 100% but even at 75-80% he is still one of the top TEs in the league. Loco NEEDS this win!
